I am from Chile, where I did my bachelor's and master's studies in Astronomy at Universidad de Chile. I am currently working with Paola Pinilla at MPIA, studying how planets form in different stellar environments.
I love observing with telescopes, and I enjoy working with data. My main astronomical interests are planet formation, planet detection, and SETI, all from an observational perspective.
My main expertise is the analysis of ALMA observations, considering initial checks, self-calibration, careful imaging, parametric and non-parametric uv-modeling, emission isolation, and more. Besides ALMA, I have experience working with images from ground and space-based telescopes, such as VLT and SPITZER.
